What is non-degree enrollment?

Non-degree enrollment allows people to enroll undergraduate courses at IU. There are many reasons someone would consider non-degree enrollment, such as:

  • updating job skills
  • "testing the waters" before applying to a degree program
  • taking IU classes as a visiting undergraduate student from another college or university

NOTEStudents dismissed or on probation at IU or another college or university are generally not admitted to the non-degree program.
