Understand the opportunity of an IUB degree and the importance of getting involved.

Sometimes you won’t know what you are looking for until you find it. Be open to learning something new at the fair.

Explore your interest in a career using the Career Development Center’s Career Guides. Look for programs at the fair that can support your career goals.

Take a self-assessment through the Career Development Center. Use what you know about your values, interests, personality, and skills to choose academic and involvement opportunities that fit you and your goals.

Won’t have much time at the fair? Read through the list of programs that will be at the fair ahead of time (see “About the Fair” above). Plan to quickly visit the programs that interest you most. Also, investigate majors, minors, and certificates and prepare questions.

Talk with friends about your hopes for your IU experience and plan to go to the fair together!

  • At the Fair

Don’t know where to start? - That’s okay!

At each booth speak one-on-one with career counselors and academic advisors for help navigating all the options available to you. Gather information and make contacts for the programs you want to investigate further.

All work and no play? We don’t think so. Don’t forget to enter Drawings to win some prizes. It can be anything from gift card to free food.
